Drop Off & Pick Up

These are our procedures for drop off. Please take a few minutes to read so you are prepared when you get there.

Consignors need to select a drop off appointment.  See Below

  • Drop off days are Monday 2p-8:30p (June sale times will vary) and Tuesday 9a-6p ~ Click HERE to view and schedule
If you cannot find an open appointment you may come at any one of the times as a "walk in" and we will work you in giving preference to those with appointments. If you come as a "walk-in" be prepared to wait longer than if you have a scheduled appointment.

Before You Come to Drop Off

  • Prepare you items using the guidelines provided by Kidzsignments. Click here to review these guidelines.
  • Organize and bundle your clothing by gender and size.
  • Check to make sure accessories and loose parts are firmly attached to items you are selling together.
  • Double-check that all of your items have a tag securely attached.
  • Make sure your non-hanging items are marked with your consignor ID#.
  • Drop off will take approximately 45-60 minutes depending on the number of items you check in. If you are asked to re do items, your drop off time may take longer.

When You Arrive

  • Look for signs directing you to the drop off location. In most cases drop off will take place through the back of the Arena (Spring and Fall sales) and through one of the large barn doors at the fairgrounds.
  • When you arrive, leave your items in the car and check-in at the consignor registration station (desk).
  • Once you have been checked in, place clothing on a rolling rack to wait for inspection and then unload your other items and place them in the appropriate areas for inspection.

Item Inspection

  • After all of your items are inside the building, you will be instructed to place books & shoes on the assigned tables, hang clothing on a rolling rack and move all other items to the inspection stations where a volunteer will go through your items
  • As your clothing items are inspected a volunteer will direct you to place them on the clothing racks in the marked sizes.
  • You may be given back items that we cannot accept. Please do not negotiate with our volunteers to take back these items. Please do not be offended if we return something to you. It is very easy to miss a stain or small hole.

Before You Leave

  • Make sure you have your pre sale and half price sale wristbands.
  • Remember, although we do allow children at the consignor pre sale, Other than your spouse and children, no one else may accompany you to the pre sale.
  • Take postcards to pass out to others.

Pick Up

Pick is SATURDAY after the half price sale:

  • Times –  3:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Saturday, October 6, 2018.
  • Doors will be locked promptly and no one will be admitted in late. All items must be removed from the building at the end of designated drop off end time. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Each consignor will be give an time to come & pick up items. If your designated time is not convenient, you may come anytime between the hours above to pick up.
    • Please do not show up early to pick up.
    • Your items will NOT be sorted for you. You will be given a list of items that have not sold. You should find these items in their respective places on the floor. We will have volunteers available to help.
    • Items not picked up at the end of the designated pick up time (see above) will be donated (NO EXCEPTIONS).
    • Don’t forget to check the Lost & Find and Items w/ Missing Tags.
    • Kidzsignments is not responsible for missing items.
